APD will begin a new initiative this year that will move more decision making related to customers from Tallahassee to the area offices. The agency will be measuring the success of this initiative in several ways including success in protecting the health and safety of customers, reducing waiver obligations so the agency lives within its legislative appropriation, and customer employment.
