- Dietician - (Desoto, Manatee, Pasco, and Sarasota counties)
- Durable Medical Equipment & Supplies - (Desoto, Hillsborough, Manatee, Pasco, Pinellas, and Sarasota counties)
- Environmental Accessibility Adaptations - (Desoto, Hillsborough, Manatee, Pasco, Pinellas, and Sarasota counties)
- Therapies – Occupational Therapy, Physical Therapy, and Speech Therapy -(Desoto, Manatee and Sarasota counties)
