Have a disability?
Here is your "all-access pass" to fun in the sun!

William J. (Billy Joe) Rish Recreational Park, owned and operated by APD, is about 100 acres of beautiful, sugar-white sand, sea-oat-covered dunes, refreshing sea air, and shimmering turquoise water. Located on the St. Joseph Peninsula near Port St. Joe and Cape San Blas in Northwest Florida, the park is a fabulous getaway that is accessible for people with disabilities.

Rish Park Facilities

Special ramps provide access to the beautiful beach on the Gulf of Mexico.  Newly renovated boardwalks connect all the cabins to the beach, event hall, and pool.  Even the Olympic-size swimming pool is wheelchair accessible.

Rish Park is open year round for people with disabilities and their family members, guardians, and caregivers.  Take a few minutes to explore this Web site and find out about everything Rish Park has to offer!
