Click the hyperlink in the e-mail message.

The Registration page displays with your e-mail Address filled in.

The APD Secure Messaging Center opens and displays your e-mail message.
Returning Users: Use the login credentials you previously created and login at: https://securemail-apd.com/.

The Message Center home page appears. Select the Compose tab.
Enter the APD recipient's email address in the To: box.
Enter a brief description in the Subject: box.

Select the Browse button and add the file on your computer.
Press the Add File button.
Highlight the file you would like to include in your message and press the Attach button:

Important: To complete this process, you must select the Attach button.
